Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of dogs do you not take on as clients?
Dogs with a biting history, dogs with communicable diseases or pest infestations, dogs with current injuries or still in recovery, and dogs over 40 lbs. Everyone else is welcome included matted, anxious, dog-aggressive, young, and elderly dogs. Please note that extra fees may be incurred for special handling, dematting, etc.
What payment methods do you take?
E-transfers to hairdog613@gmail.com are preferred but cash, debit, and credit are also accepted.
Can I stay during my dog's groom?
We ask that owners leave for the duration of the groom. The groomer will text the owner when their dog is nearly ready for pickup.
